Good morning, sunshines
For the six years I’ve been waxing, I’ve always tried to be understanding and flexible. I’ve never charged a cancellation fee and I truly appreciate every one of you.
Recently, I’ve had more clients confirming their appointments the night before and then canceling in the middle of the night or early that morning-sometimes even pushing the appointment out a full week. Because I work 6 AM to 12 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, these last-minute cancellations are nearly impossible to fill and greatly affect my business.
